FEES AND PAYMENT POLICY

Payment of fees or co-payments is expected at the time of service. This reduces the cost of delivering medical care to you. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Debit Cards are accepted.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office and ask to speak with the Billing department.

APPOINTMENTS AND HOURS

For your convenience, we offer regular scheduled appointments. We also welcome same-day appointments as our schedule allows. Our office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed for all major U.S. Holidays.

EMERGENCIES & PHONE CALLS

We offer 24 hour on-call Telephone Urgent Service. When the office is closed, our answering service will relay your urgent message to the physician on call and he or she will return your call. If you are having a true EMERGENCY you should go directly to the nearest Emergency Room or call 9-1-1.

We are available to assist you by telephone from 8-12 and 1 to 4:30 Monday through Friday.
